By registering and using the Altrexio platform ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
2.1 The Platform offers paid subscription plans that provide users with a certain number of "Credits" for a specified period.
2.2 Credits are a unit of measurement for Platform usage and have no cash value.
2.3 Unused credits at the end of a subscription period will automatically expire (burn) and cannot be carried over to a new subscription.
2.4 Users may have more than one active subscription at a time. Credit balances will be combined, with credits expiring soonest used first.
3.1 All payments for subscriptions are made in USDT (BEP-20) to the admin's designated wallet address.
3.2 Users are responsible for ensuring the TXID entered is accurate.
3.3 Payment verification will be attempted automatically via the BSCScan API. If automatic verification fails, the admin reserves the right to manually verify the deposit.
4.1 Each transaction (Buy, Sell, Auto-Sell, Edit Target %, etc.) will consume Credits according to the rates set for the user's group.
4.2 If the available credit balance is insufficient, the transaction will be rejected.
5.1 Users are solely responsible for the security of their account and password.
5.2 The Platform is not responsible for any losses resulting from users' trading decisions.
6.1 All payments are non-refundable.
6.2 Users may stop subscribing at any time, but remaining Credits will not be refunded.
7.1 The admin reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be announced through the Platform.
8.1 These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia.
